I also have the advanced Windows Insider (latest version) dual boot (on separate drive) and do not see the problem, but every time I try it on the Windows Insider version when I power the X-Touch on I see a Windows message that its being installed and then it works OK in Sonar Platinum. In fact there has been no hardware changed since I built this desktop (ASUS ROG Maximus VIII Hero Z170 motherboard, i7 6700K CPU, 16GB Ram and a Samsung EVO850 SSD. I have a Frontier Tranzport but it makes no difference if its connected or not.

These have not changed since I built the PC in Nov 2016.

The only other "active" USB connection is a Microsoft wireless keyboard/mouse and my iLok key.

I don't use Studio One 3 Pro very much but one time I did try it (when it was not connecting in Sonar Platinum) and it was not working in Studio One 3 Pro. That is where I 'refresh' it by uninstalling, power cycling the X-Touch and Windows reinstalls it when it does not connect in Sonar. I can go to the Device Manager and it shows working OK. The X-Touch is always recognized by Windows, whether it works with Sonar or not.

No change, however I've been on and off of Sonar a couple of times today and no problems with the X-touch. I have tried a different USB cable and USB port.
